「Great location, no parking, and not alot of privacy for the bathroom.」

「.It is a beautiful property and the staff was helpful. We enjoyed the music trivia night at the hotel. the room was spacious and well appointed. The only drawback is noisy traffic close by.」

「I’m guessing the A/C was not working. So to fix the issue, a portable floor A/C was wheeled in which ran all night long with a tremendous noise. Definitely not a good sleep. Now check out is at 11am. We’re five people deep to checkout because the hotel is allowing guests to check their luggage in before they can get into hotel at 4pm. Not well planned from our perspective. Hotel has been great in previous stays. Maybe this was an anomaly」

「We just spent Friday and Saturday nights at the Boston Marriot in Peabody MA to attend a Saturday evening wedding in Beverly. Our room was sufficiently clean and the king size bed was comfortable. We checked in Friday afternoon and were out for the evening. Upon returning we attempted to adjust the A/C and did not feel that it was cool enough but retired for the night. We left early next morning to explore the nearby seashore and were planning to cool off in the hotel pool when we return. We...

「Our valeted car was scratched when it was returned, but the valet manager didn’t want to admit it, and the hotel manager never showed up and never responded the email. No one cares in the hotel unless charging USD55 valet fee.」
