「This is a great modern, clean and well functioning hotel. It is located right on the Essex street pedestrian way and is located right in the middle of the tourist area (an assets for some travelers and a detraction for some others). I’ve stayed here twice as a solo business traveler. The micro rooms have been great for me.」

「I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one.
