"Great cottage with all the amenities you could ask for, excellent location. We didn't understand how to use the TV but we were there for the beach so that was fine. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful."

Compass Rose Inn
10/10 Excellent
"We loved our stay and were so happy we chose the Compass Rose. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The location was wonderful, within easy walking distance of everything but tucked away behind a lovely courtyard so it was quiet and private. We loved the bunny rabbit that visited the courtyard :-) Fresh baked cookies, port, and other treats were in constant supply. Addison and Kenzie were so helpful, professional, and friendly. The breakfast was very good and nicely done. We would love to stay here again."
"The property was in a very convenient location for access to Newburyport and beaches. The room was very clean and the staff very helpful. We were happy to discover that it was right beside a local favorite restaurant- the Deck!"
"Really enjoyed our stay at Blue Inn. High quality accommodations in all respects. Right on beautiful beach. The staff was always available and helpful. Newberryport town a delight with walkable marina and many unusual shops and restaurants in a tranquil friendly atmosphere. Summer weather in the 70’s as hoped👍"
