「Pros: The issue with the air conditioning was addressed fairly quickly, and the on-site handyman did an excellent job. The proximity to Newburyport was also a major plus. Cons: While the room appeared tidy, it wasn’t as clean as expected. 「We needed an umbrella for the beach, and the host graciously let us use one she had. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. The only negative was the stale smell of smoke in our room. As we were only staying one night, we just made do. 」

「I loved the room colors and bedding. The rug was very nice, but needed cleaning. I enjoyed swimming in the pool, but that needed cleaning as well. I would stay there again. 「Stayed for 3 nights and slept great each night. Comfy beds, clean rooms and nice free parking underneath the building. Our room smelled a little funky like mold, but we were truly only there to sleep as we spent the rest of the time a short drive away at Hampton Beach. My kids loved the pool. I wish the hot tub wasn’t still under maintenance as that’s why I chose this hotel l.」

「It was a quick trip and only needed a place to stay for 1 night and it did the trick. Front desk super friendly. We did not use the amenities but the pool looked nice. The room was clean. In order to get to the back of one of the buildings that our room was in you had to walk through this hallway which was very hot and didn’t look well maintained but that’s pretty much rhetorical only negative.」
