「The hotel is so quaint and just beautiful. The staff was exceptional in making sure we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delightful each day. This boutique hotel is in a great location of Newburyport making it so easy to walk the town to shops, restaurants, ice cream, and the waterfront.Hope to visit again soon!」

「The property was clean and served its purpose. However, the room was too small for a kitchen. There was no sitting area, and only one nightstand. We could have used 2 chairs. Also, we were given pods for the coffee maker but only 2 coffee and the rest were tea. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Bring your own.」

「The room was nice and pretty, and we were able to get in a little early, but I did not feel as though it was that clean. the room smelled musty in some areas, and there were spiders in others. I am glad we were there for only one night.」

「Mattress was comfortable but we did have to ask for a set of sheet for the pull out couch. Staff was polite, breakfast was basically good though I had 3 kids with me that wanted pancakes but the pancake maker was broken. The cinnamon rolls were amazing! Location was convenient. Pool area was very tidy and clean and did have towels available. There was no coffee pot in the room. Being that we had a number of people staying, which was disclosed with the reservation, they're definitely could have...
