This is a tiny Studio but it was perfectly suited to our needs. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfy as well. I'll definitely be back.

I love the area. The staff is amazing and very professional. They are also very kind and empathic. Iā€™m grateful to stay here and for the experience. The rooms are extremely clean and modern. Itā€™s very nice here and I would advise staying! I will definitely be back.

Excellent location! As a solo female, i felt very safe. The room was nice, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It's a converted house to studio rooms that are not very sound proof. The parking is a bit tight if you don't have a small car. Other than that, it's a great place to stay. I would stay again.

The property manager was super attentive and even gave up his parking spot for us! The room was lovely. Very clean and so convenient to all the shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

Modern, clean and cozy room with full kitchen in downtown Newburyport, steps from waterfront, restaurants and shopping. Great value compared to some other downtown options. Fully remote check-in was extremely convenient and on street parking was available.

As shown in all the pictures, the rooms are quite small, but very efficient and extremely clean. There is a kitchen, but with limited supplies and no seasonings- salt, pepper, etc. The location canā€™t be beat! Check in and out or easy. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but we made it work. Please note when booking you do not get the exact room selected.

Place was clean and comfy. Conviently located . Bed and pillows were great. Nice to have a choice of pillows šŸ˜Š. Kitchen was accommodating. Great to have our puppy with us. Parking was not easy but not much they could do about that. Mold in shower Only 2 towels provided , without laundering a few more would have been nice. Air conditioner loud so we cleaned the filter ( needed it)

Very thin walls. The sink faucet had fungi on it. The heater/ac unit was super loud. As was the bathroom vent- sounded broken. The stove top was unusable- the heating elements did not fit this pots/pans sat at a substantial angle. That was quite ridiculous and very unsafe. It was generally clean and the location was good for my needs. The exterior back steps were covered in salt dust and salt chunks. Paint the exterior to fit into the neighborhood. The look of grey vinyl looks trashy.

The room was adorable. Perfect for two people. Location amazingā€¦just steps to fresh smoothies, cafeā€™s, the soul serenity spa where we enjoyed massages and also indulged in delicious dining! We parked our car in the back of the building and left it there for the duration of our stay! Would absolutely go back. Staff immediately responded to any questions we had via text!!
