「Beautiful property. I stayed there 18 years ago and always wanted to go back. So glad we did. We loved our beachfront view. It rained a lot, but it was still a very relaxing getaway. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Newburyport is just a 10-minute drive with top shelf restaurants. We enjoyed The Coffee Factory for lunch, they serve a great cup of Joe and the food is delicious. Bar25 NBPT has craft cocktail that are off the charts, and the food was just as good!」

「We needed a late check in and called the Seabrook about 7pm, the lobby was going to be closed at 11 and since we arrived around midnight im glad we called and they were very accommodating. Continental breakfast was simple and hit the spot. We have stayed here multiple times when visiting UNH. Convenient to highway and a typical motor lodge experience.」

「We were in the room behind the ice maker, and could hear it very clearly every time it made ice. There was also a doorbell type sound very often. The pool was closed but that wasn't noted when I booked. It's a neat old building, right on the strip and the view from the lobby windows of the storm (60+mph winds!) was just awe inspiring. Not the hotel's fault there was a storm. The building fared that better than some! Staff was fine, nothing spectacular. Parking was reasonably easy to get...

「We checked in. And they said we were all set. Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car. 「Nice size fridge, two dirty electric burners, one pan, 1 knife and spoon, one bowl, 2 mugs, coffee maker, toaster, rusty microwave, nothing else. No paper towels. So have to buy what you need. One ice tray. Good toilet paper. Pools look nice but grounds are weedy and feel unclean, cigarette butts were mostly picked up when I asked. Can’t see ocean but it’s close.
