「Everything went well with the exception of internet connection which continued to ask me to join the Travellers Program and did not allow me to scroll down to the free internet. I had to go to the front desk twice to rectify this problem with my computer. Being on a business trip made this difficuot.」

「Natasha at registration was very efficient and welcoming. We are on a lengthy road trip staying at 4 and 5 star hotels, and our experience at the Water Front Hotel was just very enjoyable. The hotel and room were very clean. One issue was the drain in the bathroom didn’t work.」

「23:00 fire alarm rings, everybody rushed out! Then the next morning 7:30 fire alarm rings again. But the hotel didn’t give any explanations!」

「The staff are very professional, kind, pleasant, and a wealth of knowledge navigating Gloucester. This was our first time here at Cape Ann Marina Hotel and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. From having drinks with Bartender Megan to meeting new friends during the tasty continental breakfast. We will be back if we ever drive through Gloucester again! 」

「Traveling to visit Salem was made easy by staying here at this hotel. My fiancé and I enjoyed our one week stay and we both loved the breakfast variety that they had to offer. The little omelettes with the bell peppers and the waffles were my absolute favorite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did have a pricing issue because of a check in error, but it was fixed and I was refunded the excess amount fairly quickly.
