「this is my first time to stay with Extended Stay America. there is no breakfast,no coffe maker if you don't ask for the frontdesk. if i have choice, i will not stay with this hotel again.」

「This is the third time my girlfriend and I have stayed at the Verb. Every time was a perfect 10 experience. VIP trailers are so fun! Pool is awesome in summer or winter. Staff is always VERY friendly and accommodating. Location is clutch. I live 10 mins away, and have stayed 3 times just because it’s so fun, and there are so many great bars and restaurants within close walking distance. Keep up the good work!!」

「A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.」

「辦理check in 的時候櫃台人員很細心講解飯店有的設施 以一個人住宿來說房間大小剛好, 但確實廁所稍微小了一點；比較可惜的是電梯需要加強維護與清潔。地理位置佳，步行約7分鐘左右可到地鐵站以及周邊波士頓景點」

「櫃檯的態度很差，我們想要early checkin平台上告知是要25塊，然後我也私訊飯店很多次了，但都回的很慢，之後到現場櫃檯說要50塊，也太扯，我們直接說不用了。 最後check out的男生倒是蠻好的，有問必答。總統這個態度我下次不會想來，早餐倒是普通，每天都一樣。 泳池超級小不推薦。 前方停車要錢。」

「A great place to stay while in Boston, the hotel itself offers free breakfast which includes full breakfast and delicious meals in their French style restaurant, a lovely lobby to hangout and all day coffee/hot tea which becomes a great plus for the winter time in Boston.
