The location is amazing. The Counter had good food. Very helpful and nice staff. Very clean. The bed was not comfortable at all for either of us and the heat did not work in our room so it got pretty cold. No mini fridge or microwave in the room. Overall a great stay!

We were there on days that the bar was not open, but the room was great and so was the staff. They let us know where to park that was reasonable and not too far from the hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay was great and very welcoming. The staff was really nice and very helpful and made us feel comfortable We had an issue with the sink getting clogged, so it was kind of inconvenient Also we were a little disappointed because the roof top was closed for an event the whole time we were there. And we were looking forward to seeing it going up there for dinner/drinks. But we understand it happens. But other than that our stay was great and would definitely go back again for sure!

Está en un una zona buenísima, céntrico, puedes ir caminando a todos lados. El lugar en general está muy pulcro y limpio, para mí eso es lo más importante y el personal fue muy atento.

This hotel was very clean and the staff helpful. The location makes it easy to very to all the local attractions. The parking is tricky as you have to pay to park in the parking garage down the street, which should be conveyed at booking.

Very unsettling to find the place was not as clean as expected. While we were unpacking we seen a cockroach and wondered how many more there must be. There was a huge spider almost the side of my palm by the bed as well. The layout of the room we stayed in was also strange. Although, the staff was great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bartenders at The Counter were amazing, the food was delicious (go for the wings! They’re made perfectly.) it was a little chilly and the thermostat did not seem to be working but they offered an extra blanket and that solved my issue. They have a water machine in the hall that dispenses sparkling water and still water which I found to be incredible. The location is incredible. The only thing I would say is a con is that the shower is an open-shower which I personally am not a fan of, but it’s a pretty small con compared to the many pros of this property.

The tv remote didn’t work and they could not give us a new one or remedy this issue. The hot water needs to run for about 10 min before it gets hot.

Extremely small room. It's basically just a bed and a bathroom. The bathroom was so small, the sink was outside of it next to the bed. No closet and no drawers. There's also no parking. You can't even pull up in front of the hotel to drop off luggage.You have to park your car and carry your luggage to the hotel. On a positive note, everything was clean. And the staff are very friendly, very helpful, and very knowledgeable of the area.

Great room right near the main area. Water station was so cool. Staff was super friendly. Great breakfast place right around the corner. No parking, no coffee in the room were the only downsides.
