The staff checking in was wonderful. I get to the room, at first I am impressed. I pull out the trundle under the couch, the sheet has stains and cheerios. I pull it the rest of the way out to take the sheet off and there was cheerios and a couple snacks under it. I call the front desk, they come with a new sheet and blankets. Not once did I get an apology or would you like us to clean it. I pull the sheet off and the mattress is stained brown. Then I go to the bathroom look in the tub, that is dirty. I paid decent money for the room. I have gotten cleaner rooms for more than half the amount I paid. I got better service too. The breakfast in the morning was good. There was no oatmeal. I saw a lady and asked her "when you get a minute could you please get some more oatmeal? It is out". I get told well we have had 800 people here this morning for breakfast and the other girl is just sitting in the back. I stood there thinking how is this a me problem? I did not say anything but wow! I will not spend money to stay at a supposedly nice hotel to get all of these problems. I hope this was a bad day and this hotel is not usually like this. Not a good stay at all.

This is my second time staying at Springhill and I returned again because we had a great experience the first time. This second time, we were a bit disappointment. Our 3rd night we returned to the hotel from visiting family, and we could not find parking whatsoever because they had a party in their conference room. When I went to the front desk, we were told out of courtesy to park at the Hamptons next door, and the event should be done at 11pm. My husband has ankle issues which he cannot walk too far. We waited in the car for about 35-40min for closer parking. The event did not finish at 11pm. This situation was not managed well at all. Cars were parked everywhere, they created their own parking. As a paying customer it was very frustrating because it was not handled properly specially for people that have health issues and can’t walk too much. Please do better with managing situations like this.

They had breakfast available which was super great! They had eggs, sausages, make your own oatmeal bar, make your own waffle stations, variety of juices, bagels & much more. The pool and hot tub were also very well maintained, I wish they would go around making sure other have picked up their items. Looked like many were leaving items behind. Overall it was great !

Hot breakfast was awesome! I was surprised since most hotels give you a cold continental breakfast. WiFi was great, the place was clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. I’m coming back in the summer!

The shower was a little drippy but shower pressure was great, And the shower was a little dated but clean. Our beds were comfortable and clean with comfortable pillows to choose from. Mirrors were bright. Liked seperate bath from sink area. Big closet space and a place to work at a desk and a couch that was clean and big. Staff especially nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. Slept well. Didnt hear a lot of noise at night even though there were bus loads of people. They were on another floor. Aplus

The pool area was filthy. Looked like blood stains and garbage on the floor, the hot tub looked like it had fungus growth on the bottom of it. There were stains on the couches in the rooms and crumbs on the floor. TV didn’t work in the first room and staff seemed annoyed when they changed our room. Will not be staying here again.

AC filter was very dirty had not been cleaned in quite some time. Called front desk left room for the day came back. Staff had to be reminder to clean it with a 2nd call. But other than that staff was great, breakfast area clean overall good stay. I will choose this hotel again for my next visit. Thank you
