「Pros: The issue with the air conditioning was addressed fairly quickly, and the on-site handyman did an excellent job. The proximity to Newburyport was also a major plus. Cons: While the room appeared tidy, it wasn’t as clean as expected. 「Apon arrival we were told we had no reservation. After a long wait and presenting my confirmation my stay was found. I must say that the place had a rate of 8. That truly was very surprising to me. The entrance was horribly dusty amd dirty. There was a smell coming from the second floor while checking in. It was so unpleasant.The second floor appliances were so dirty. Room looked ok.
