「Check in was easy, Game room,fitness room and laundry were locked most of the time and didn’t have access. Front desk was not open in the mornings and no one was there working in the mornings. The room was outdated; screen to the balcony didn’t work great and the room was not vacuumed. Found food and garbage in the main bedroom on the floor at the nightstands when we arrived. Offered parking on check out day for a fee, but no staff was there to pay and get a parking pass so we had to leave to...

「We checked in. And they said we were all set. Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car.
