"I loved the lobby with the fireplace and cookies and iced tea/lemonade although there were guests that were overdoing it and not leaving any for other guests. The outside area could have been a little prettier but would still stay again if we ever visit Hersey again."

"The desk staff were very helpful holding our luggage for us for free after we checked out so we could go back to Hershey park again without leaving our baggage in a very hot car all day. We came back and picked up our things in the evening before we left. "
