From staff to the location of the hotel is very convenient to all the stores the you could possibly think off. I love that when I came to the hotel earlier that I was expected for checking they took care for my luggage so I can go explore the city. Clean, friendly, and location was really good. Absolutely an amazing hotel in the perfect part of NYC. Sitting in the financial district is the perfect spot. The hotel is very nice. Great rooms and amazing staff!! Their rooftop bar is gorgeous as well. Definitely coming back here on our next trip. Some of the BEST staff we have experienced. Jaun and Jose and the BEST. Like your own personal guide.
