My friend and I stayed here to see the Stray Kids concerts at Citi field. I chose this hotel for its great location to Grand Central station and proximity to Korea town. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
The room was clean but my friend and both agreed that, for the price point, it was a little underwhelming. It looked like the inside of any three star hotel I've stayed in before—not luxury. We splurged on a "nice hotel" and ended up feeling like we could have booked a three star hotel and gotten a similar room for less money. That being said, the bidet in the bathroom was definitely nice and made up for the average feel of the room.
We had one hiccup where we came back and housekeeping was still tidying up our room, so we had to wait around for like 20 minutes before we were allowed back in. We had been out walking and shopping for over three hours, so I had hoped that was enough time for them to be in and out. The housekeeper was sweet and apologetic so it wasn't a huge deal, just slightly inconvenient when we were so eager to relax and hydrate after being out in the heat for so long.
The staff we interacted with were all kind and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The Prince Kitano met, but did not exceed our expectations.
