This is our go to place for when we’re at Hershey. Staff is incredible. Each visit is special. This last visit was for our son’s birthday and they took the time to decorate the room with balloons, a bday sign and a bag full of treats which was a very cool surprise for him. Breakfast is always delicious. Only complaint is the mattresses could be updated but that wouldn’t deter us from continuing to stay here.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
The pool was nice but a little colder than I like, not unusable just a little cool, our microwave did not work and we kind of needed it for our grandkids, the shampoo bottle mounted on the shower wall was extremely tacky for an upscale hotel and it was empty,it had a very trailer park feel to it,other than that it was great, the little restaurant next door causes parking and movement issues in the morning but such is life.

My wife and I had a very good experience with our stay at Hampton Inn and suites. The room was very clean, and the staff were all nice. The lady who greeted us from the reception was very accommodating and friendly. Since this was our first time in Pennsylvania, she gave us a suggestion of the nice places we can to. The breakfast was great! I was surprised compared to other hotels that we stayed before.
