The Steamboat is one of the very best places to stay in Lancaster County. This was my 2nd trip to the Steamboat and it was just as great as my last time a couple of years ago. So great that we extended our stay for an additional night. Employees go above and beyond and everything is clean and well maintained. Would return again and again.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Inn waa extremely clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurant and the gift shop. The pool area is very nice. Looking forward to returning in the spring.

Nice place, staff is great, disappointed with the coffee maker and the coffee in the Lobby, but it is very difficult to brew good coffee in most hotels, great location for going to the American Music Theatre, the physical changes at the stores in the area is very obvious.
