The rooms were much smaller than expected. Although the two beds were a decent size, there were no closets or wardrobes. This meant that we either had to keep everything on the sitting bench that shut it out into the very thin walkway at the foot of the beds, or hang everything up. Hanging everything up from the wall hooks was cute, but absolutely did not work for multiple people staying in that room. The backpacks shut it out all the bags were constantly in the way. It was a very pretty room, and a very clean room, but a very small room. It would work best for a single traveler or a couple sharing a single bed. That said, 24/7 market selections in terms of food and beverages available for purchase were fantastic. And the breakfast was very good as well. Families with small children would like that. They have a DIY pancake machine that you can watch cook your pancakes after adding fun toppings. It was a big hit with the little people in the lobby, so it was a very good stay overall, but just be aware of the very small rooms if you’re coming with your whole family to Hersheypark.

This was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at. The rooms aren't spacious, but we didn't need it to be because we weren't there to hang out, we just needed a clean, comfortable room to stay in. I really enjoyed the flatter pillows, most hotel rooms have high pillows, and I wake up with a stiff neck, but the pillows there were nice and flat. One thing that really surprised me was there was a night lite in the bathroom, which I've never seen in a hotel room. For someone who gets up a lot in the night, it was very beneficial. I will definitely be staying at this brand of hotel the next time we travel.

I was traveling with my daughter who had surgery on her ankle and the stay was over night. The room was spacious and handicap accessible. It does have a tub instead of a shower stall. Room was clean and the air conditioner/ heat unit worked fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bkfst was good: omelette, sausage, and great coffee. There is no microwave or coffee maker in the room but there is coffee available in the lobby Would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean. We booked the hotel for the pool. I asked the chat thing what time it opened and it said 630. So since we were coming in late we were going to let the kids swim in the morning. However, the pool doesnt open until 9 am. Which is late for any hotel. We had to be on the road before then, so we had some disappointed kids. Also, when you book it says they will send you a digital key and you dont have to stop at the desk. They didnt send me one and we had to stop at the desk with our hands full. Theres only one trash can. Which i guess thats their brand standard bc we stayed at another Hilton hotel the next night and they only had one.

The hotel welcomes pets, but the grassy area to walk your pet is down a steep slope and is littered with trash. The garbage can in the pet area was overflowing with trash. Could use more grassy areas directly around the hotel instead of the mulch for pets.
