Everything worked well in the room. The desk clerk was friendly and even out me in a room further away from a family that just arrived with several children, she was concerned the children would be rowdy and keep me awake. That is service over and above. Thank you!

Parking was easily accessible, the room was clean and comfortable, could use some updates/ repainting and minor repairs but overall good. Spacious and great for what we needed.

Room was clean and looked like it had been updated somewhat recently. No coffeemaker. I guess I would’ve seen that if I had paid attention when booking, but it’s so standard in most hotel and motel rooms, that I didn’t even think to look

This was our second time here, and we loved it even more than the first. You cannot beat the proce for what you get. No frills, but friendly staff and a clean, nice room. It is very close to down town Hershey and the park. We will continue to stay jere when we spend the night up in Hershey ❤️

We had a spill on the floor and when we wiped it up, the cloths were black. That is how dirty the floor was. Sheets and beds were clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no coffee pot available in our room.

We always have a wonderful experience here. The place is a great find especially for the price! One of the most affordable in the area and very clean and well kept. The staff are always so nice. We have met one gentleman that we believe to be the owner, a lovely woman who was also working there 2 years ago when we stayed and another gentleman who may have been with the housekeeping crew. They were all so sweet and pleasant and welcoming. The charisma of the people you meet there is enough to make you want to be there in itself. The tv is a basic tv, no smart tv capabilities but that was not a big deal since we certainly weren’t there to spend our time sitting at the hotel watching tv. There is a microwave and mini fridge which is definitely a plus since we have stayed at fancier (and therefore more expensive) hotels that didn’t have a microwave in the room. The bathrooms are small but also more convenient when multiple people are sharing the room since there is a separate vanity area so that someone can be using that area while someone else is showering. The beds could be comfier but they served their purpose and they provided enough pillows. It is also in walking distance of some eating/drinking establishments. Overall, I’d like to be clear that my opinions stated in this review are just to be informative. I am certainly not complaining and I would absolutely recommend staying here. Well worth the cost and nice to feel welcome every time you see the wonderful staff 😊
