"The updates to this facility really improved the vibe, felt more modern. Lots of families stay during local sports tournaments & the pool got very rowdy & we had several knocks on our door, kids being funny. The Lookout Bar was closed, which would’ve been nice to enjoy. The Market had solid options but not enough staff for all the people trying to get coffee at 7am (and there aren’t coffee makers in the rooms). "I stayed here as I was on a travel assignment for work(Registered Nurse). Great customer service. A lot of food options close by. I worked night shift and was able to get plenty of rest throughout the day time, no loud noises even with it being off a major road. Definitely recommend! "

Great family run hotel
"The Quality Inn on Engle is a superb place to stay. The family that runs most of the day to day is amazing. Everyone was so kind, courteous and helpful. The place is also clean, convenient and in good repair. It's pretty quiet most of the time and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water, water pressure and the breakfast buffet was a great bonus. I even needed to extend my stay and the staff made sure it was seamless. They just rescanned my key card and I stayed in the same room. I can't tell you how many times this simple process has been much more complicated and difficult at other hotels. I wish I could give the staff 20 stars and will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!"
