There is something wrong with this hotel. Either they have no staff or they do not care. The pool was shut down; clearly some water damage has occurred recently; and there is minimal effort when it comes to housekeeping. There is a strong smell of mold and only one elevator worked.
We stayed for 10 hours because we needed to catch a flight. Any more time than that and we would have cancelled and stayed anywhere else.
Do not stay at this hotel.

Even though, I pre-paid for a room with two queens for three adults, they had overbooked and did not have a room for us. It was 11:00 at night and Expedia customer support found us a room at the Hampton Inn.

We chose this hotel and paid more than others, but decided it was a good value because they have free airport shuttle 24 hours a day. We got off the plane and it was 2am. We called and the desk clerk said the shuttle is not working tonight. I told him I am at the airport what am I supposed to do he said take an uber and we will réimburse you. When we got there we showed him the receipt in UBER and asked to be paid back. He told me wait until tomorrow when the manager comes in we had to leave at 6:30 the manager does not come in until 8. We paid 50 dollars for Ubers on top of the hotel and the first room they gave me had piles of dirty sheets all down the hall. No sheets or blankets on the bed. The second room also had piles of dirty sheets piled outside doors, but the room was clean and the bed was wonderful. Not staying there ever again

Solid 3 stars. I have stayed in much cheaper hotels that had way better amenities. Was told at check in that I couldn't have the king size bed I booked and then my rooms fridge was broken and the tv kept kicking me off and wouldn't load channels. Staff was not very attentive. Would've been a bigger issue if I needed to stay longer then 24 hours. Room and hotel in general was clean and comfortable.

We had a reservation many weeks in advance. When we arrived (early), we inquired in person for early check in. They confirmed our room, but said to come back after 4 pm. When we did so, they informed us that there was no room available any longer. I asked and the desk clerk said it happens fairly often and that very night they had turned away 10 parties with reservations.

This property was old and dated. My room had a big wet spot on the carpet and smelled horrible. I complained twice about it and nothing was done. The towels used by previous guest were also still hanging in the bathroom. In the 2nd room I reserved there was mold in the bathroom.

We always stay at the crown plaza when we fly out of Cleveland. This time there was no soaps or blow dryer. Room was bare of anything that we would normally use. This place does need upgrades.

I DID LIKE TO LOCATION BEING CLOSE TO THE CLEVELAND AIRPORT. SHUTTLE WAS AWESOME.

The elevators were extremely slow, sink didnt drain, was cracked, holes in bathroom door. Other rooms in bad condition, missing doorknob. Overall maintenance needed.

While the staff member at the checkin desk was friendly, the hotel itself is dingy, had multiple strange smells, and the rooms overall need some TLC. There were piles of trash, towels and other debris in the hallway when we arrived around 6 PM. These piles were eventually cleaned up but definitely not a good impression.

Website says checkin starts at 3, we arrived at 2.30 and were told that 3.30 was earliest checkin. We returned at 9pm and were told to wait to see if there were any clean rooms. While we waited there were people waiting at the front desk because they did not have toilet paper in their rooms. As i got our room the clerk told the other clerk to cancel any outstanding reservations that were not made directly with the hotel. I was told that i was lucky with my expedia reservation. I was charged an additional $50 at registration. Now the room was quiet, comfotable, and quite adequate.

Older hotel that needs a refresh. Two elevators not in service and the third is in poor condition. The room was dated and lacked hot water. The restaurant was good.

The restaurant staff seemed understaffed and unprepared for the traffic of a film festival.
