Best Western Airport Inn & Suites Cleveland

"What sets this property apart is how friendly and useful the staff at the front desk is, especially the lady who works the overnight shift and the one who takes people to the airport in a car with rubber ducks in the front. The property itself is a standard Best Western, but is clean and very convenient to the airport."

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the common areas and rooms were clean, and it was relatively quiet being on the first floor. The continental breakfast was not good, but thankfully there was a mini fridge so I was able to get some groceries from the store down the street. Also, the AC unit didn't work properly, it cooled, but it felt very stuffy in the room and the fan could not be shut off."

"The breakfast had the same food didn't care for it. Room were clean just need better sheets. Told them about the bathroom light to a few workers. The front desk lady Torri was excellent she was super friendly and sweet."
