We had to switch rooms 3 times due to broken air conditioners and a situation next door (fighting, screaming, throwing things) that hotel management and security did nothing about despite multiple calls to the front desk. There was no housekeeping for the 2 days we were there. Other rooms sat large bags of trash that had accumulated into the hallways and they were never picked up all weekend. We were told twice there would be a manager “here tomorrow” and there never was. They were working a skeleton crew on a holiday weekend where at one point the “security guard” from the night before was working the front desk. The indoor pool was closed for the month despite saying it was open online when we booked. Worst hotel experience of my life and I travel a lot for work. I also stayed here before when it was a Dounle Tree by Hilton and the experience was much better. Now that it’s Wyndham Garden it’s absolute trash.

Only had my room clean once when I stayed there for 9 days won’t even come in and give clean towels or take the trash out I had to put trash in hallway and there was food all over the hallway the place was a joke

As a second stay at this hotel, it was ok. Since then the hotel changer names, but still the same, arrived and didnt know the pool was closed for another week, that was the main reason i stayed. The room they put me in was pretty quiet. The next morning, breakfast, after 2 attempts standing at the wait to be seated, got seated, after being told that the buffet hot items serving heating elements were broke so they had to bring it from the back, ok no biggie, but got the food, eggs treated like they were cooked in peppers, sausage was spicy, budgies and gravy was cold, after breakfast, i had enough and left, all in all.. this place has potential, if everybody was in good working ordee. Not sure if I'll be back next time

This hotel is completely run down. Pool, jacuzzi and elevator all out of order. Convenience store is a few shelves of candy bars next to the front desk. Room was stripped with no drinking glasses, ice bucket. Even garbage cans had no liners. There was nothing in the room at all with the hotel name. No directions to contact desk, housekeeping, etc. Nobody in restaurant or lounge. Complete ghost town! Signs that say vending lead to empty areas. Do not stay here!

We had room 423. Room was decent and clean. Bed was comfy. Our issue was that there was no lotion or body soap in dispenser. Tried calling down to front desk and was busy. Walked all the way down there. After a 5 min wait I was told to write my issue on a piece of paper and someone will attend to it which they never did. Other than that inconvenience I would recommend. Maybe short staffed I get it. But ignoring a guest issue isn’t cool

The whole place was dirty, there were mystery stains on every surface. There was hair all over the bathroom, and the curtains were very stained and gross. There was a group of people partying next door and they were loud and vulgar and kept messing with my door. Do not stay here!

Our first room was on the smaller side which was fine since it was just two of us however the air conditioner in the room wasn't working and the fridge didn't seem to be very cold either. There was also water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom after we took showers but it was i the corner on the opposite side of the shower so I'm not sure what that was about. Maintenance came up and reset the ac but after about an hour it still wasn't working so we switched to a different room. The second room was better than the first in that it was slightly bigger and the ac worked great! The staff was down to earth and helpful. Both rooms were clean. We would stay there again.

There’s signage on the floor sending guests to a ‘vending area’ yet there’s nothing vending. I went to two different floors to find an ice machine that actually dispensed ice. Otherwise, the rooms was nice and it was clean. Though I waited for a bit at the desk for someone to check me in, it went well and the front desk person was pleasant.

Guest service seemed overwhelmed but not a lot of people in the lobby. Arrived at room and the room had not been cleaned. Bedding was dirty and trash still in room. Got a second room much cleaner. When walking to room someone claiming to be hotel security but not was in a heated argument with a guest. We ran to our room and locked door called service desk. Had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. We will not be staying at this hotel again.
