「I left my necklace after I check out. When I left the hotel and called them, they are very nice to find my necklace. And they mailed it to me. Thank you for the good service!」

「Room was very spacious and clean, and very quiet. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Good coffee in room. Only issue was no computer to print boarding passes. Had to download an app, save boarding pass to phone and print, could only print screen with QR code. Summary, not convenient...wish they had a computer like all other hotels to print boarding passes.」

「Very clean rooms. I checked for bedbugs, they were not present! Housekeeping was very efficient and went through at regular intervals (daily) to keep the room in good condition. The only thing that was negative was the first night we stayed, someone was yelling at someone else right outside our window at 4:00am and shortly after that, I thought I heard gunshots. That's not the staff's fault, that's the City of Elyria's fault.」

「I had a very great stay here at the Red Roof Inn. Crocker park is only a minute walk away from the hotel. The area is very quiet and the staff were great! Thank you Jesus! 」

「This place was neglected. Hallways reeked of dog (?) urine. Beds were hard like cement. Bad experience. Dirty!」
