「We booked in late everybody was great got us in a room helped us relocate in a different room was very nice Jeff shift manager or front desk not sure of his title but if he wasn't a manager he needs to be one help my fiance get the room changed to accommodate what we needed he was very helpful very polite he done an excellent job very very happy with his service」

「The room really needed a deep clean stuff stuck on walls and dripping down the bathroom door and head boards, corners were dirty and the floors needed a good cleaning as our socks were dirty after walking in the room. The bathroom door didn't close easily. Bed was hard as a rock not comfortable at all and only 2 pillows per bed . There is only a small refrigerator and microwave both needed cleaned no coffee pot but im ok with that cause it would have been dirty to. Front desk Staff was...

「Courteous staff at the desk. Middle of the night, awoke to someone pounding on my door. It took way too long to check the security tapes (to find that the person had driven away.) Musty, moldy smell in the room -- either the AC or the bed linens, hard to tell. Took 10 minutes for the shower to become lukewarm and that's all the hot water there was. Unacceptable.」
