No continental breakfast not even coffe it’s a good thing there is a McDonald’s next door. It was disgusting and dirty! If we went there for sonic temple I would not have stayed in it. So gross left as early as we could so I could go home and shower! Was all things I took in there with me.

Smoke detector was dangling from the ceiling, wires were coming out from the wall, paint peeling everywhere, chunk missing from the floor, leak from the ceiling in the bathroom, and the sink was completely clogged with random red substances coming up from the drain. Pretty gross and unsanitary feeling place overall, but it was a bed to sleep in I guess

There was no breakfast. The room was filthy and smelled of smoke, I requested a smoke free room. There was no staff in the office when we checked out in the morning. There was vulgar writing on the wall , dirty floors, a hole in the bed sheet, no light bulb in one of the lights by the bed, the faucet in the bathroom tub dripped continuously, weeds around the facility and visibly not well maintained. This room was probably the worst and dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. It was room 110. I would have probably left the premises but we came to Columbus for a concert and it was almost midnight when we arrived and we were to tired.

The room had bed bugs, unknown blood stains on bedding and no help offered from the management staff. Never brought us new blankets even when asked. When told there were bed bugs the staff told us to “go back to our room, it’s okay, they’ve already bitten you so its fine, can’t get worse” we then checked out immediately, which was early and we were offered no compensation for the night missed, which was $351 a night because of Sonic Temple and we then had to miss the remainder of the festival because of this. The front desk staff confirmed that they do not clean rooms before new guests. Told us there were not any rooms available to move us to, but then told someone in front of us that they did have rooms available, that she could rent by hour, if you catch my drift. Expedia was great in trying to help but even they could not get ahold of management on my behalf. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This was one of the worst places we have booked. The room smelled so bad of stale smoke. Homeless people milling about. Toilet didn’t flush. We walked in. Walked back out. Got a change of room- walked to the room- left the car near lobby. Walked in 2nd room -past a pile of human feces next in the stones right next to the walkway- Walked in the room and back out. . Nope. Back to office to cancel. It was nasty. And we are not picky people at all- we are campers. So we are okay with roughing it. Nope not here. Didn’t feel safe at all and was not clean.
