Disgusting, crusty blankets and black mold on the wall with the shower. Roaches. The hotel room reeked. The staff was unhelpful, we asked for soap continuously for two days and did not get any. No complimentary breakfast due to renovations. People were even asking us how our stay was going because they were unsatisfied with their stay too. Do NOT come here, even if you think the price is fair.

The staff here are great; very helpful and accommodating when need be. I have stayed here numerous times and will again. Yes the hotel is dated and some parts are a little run down, but it’s plenty passable and a comfortable stay. Great price as well.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting and dirty. It wreaked of marijuana and cigarettes. The hallways were gross. The walls were smeared with random things. The staff was nice and understanding when we decided to go to a different hotel

Terrible service. We paid a premium expecting a breakfast like the one shown on their website. When I went to inquire about it, a man started shouting at me, claiming I was lying and that I must have been looking at photos of a different hotel—not that one. I pointed out how illogical that was: why would I look at photos, make a reservation, and spend the night at a hotel if the pictures on the website actually belonged to a different place? It was ridiculous. And that wasn't even the worst part: the toilet bowl had fecal residue in it, and the smell was horrible. To top it all off, the place felt like a drug den, and the door to the room across the hall kept slamming all night long. I had just undergone surgery four days prior and needed a pleasant, clean place to rest; instead, it turned out to be the worst experience we’ve ever had. Please, do not stay here—it is absolutely not worth the cost.

Upgrade from the Buckeye…

Our room could have used a deep cleaning, but the bed was very comfy. Sheets were clean. No remote for tv, when given a universal it needed to be programmed which we never did get to work. It was definitely an upgrade from across the street but certainly could be worked on to be nicer.

It is in a crappy area of town, run down, there's a homeless camp next to it, where they burned down the wooden fence to the hotels parking lot. breakfast was bare minimum, cereal, 1 gallon of milk, a loaf of bread, a few packs of oatmeal, and a few bagels. Nothing to put on the bread or bagels, no juice or water. The room could have been cleaner but not bad. On a positive note the bed was comfy.

Hotel is in terrible shape. We were able to be given a room that doesn’t smell of cigarette smoke even though it’s a no smoking hotel. There were many many cigarette burns in the carpet of our room and even some on the mattress. The desk attendants were very friendly but just shrugged and said people still smoke on the rooms. Kind of like “ what can we do about it?”

I guess you get what you pay for. It looks like their trying to remodel but not too sure on that. Security had "vests" on for protection i think. Moldy smell in the room. Saw a couple fire hazards that i had photos of but cannot find them. Shower and bed was actually ok.
