I was a little hesitant after reading reviews about this hotel. However due to booking on a nonrefundable room I decided to stay here anyway. To be next to the interstate it was actually pretty quiet. The man and lady that owns it were extremely nice all the times I dealt with them. The rooms weren't completely nasty, although there were some body hair in the bed and bathtub. The bed was comfortable also. It was a place to get a good night's rest. I just wish there were more than 2 pillows on the bed. That is really my only complaint. If I needed too I would stay here again.

Okay, keep it simple, which is telling. If you knew me.. You shouldn't find you. Let's let cigarette in a smoking room from the last guy. Smoking, yeah, when you quit smoking five years ago and all you wanted to do was smoke in the room.. A joint i thought the blanket was an Afghan. However those burn holes were deceiving. Hey burnhole in the corner. I knew the seam of a blanket is expected, but it looked like a tweaker. Evenly burned Kelly's a 100000 holes in it. Because you wanted it to be an Afghan for me. I can appreciate that, but that's some crackhead. Stuff..csnt make it up. The place isn't bulldoze, worthy, but it's a place for certain things. At certain times because, you know, you know, but don't expect anything more, then that knowing. And if you don't know, you probably got a decent, i'm bringing life, so don't jump down the rabbit hole.

It's a 2* property so you are going to get what you pay for. The check-in was great, very helpful person on the desk. There's plenty of parking. The property is showing its age. It could do with a general refresh. The room was OK, plenty of space and it was clean. The bedding, shower curtain and towels could all do with replacing....someone had burnt a couple of holes in the cover of the bedding, the shower curtain was stained and the towels should have been replaced awhile ago.

I do not smoke cigs nor majauna and this lady tried to keep my deposit bcuz she said there was ashes on the floor I literally used the bed to sleep and I left I didn't use the restroom nor the shower the mini fridge didn't work either so this place was ahot mess

Do not stay here! Health hazard! ​Absolutely disgusting. Found bed bugs in the room and management completely refused to give me a refund when I brought it to their attention the exact same night. They do not care about health standards or basic customer service. Look somewhere else in the Dayton area if you want a clean, safe place to sleep.
