I drove in and drove out. There was a group of young men sitting in the parking lot. Men sitting in trucks. Definitely would not rate it a 6.9 as shown on the website!! No cancellation policy! Truly a terrible experience

Econo lodge Franklin/Middletown

When I first arrived the front desk clerk looked me up and down like "why are you staying here" I requested to be on the first floor because I use a walker to help recover from foot surgery and needed my prefer room. I was told that my prefer room was only on the second floor. Wish I was notified about that before arrival. Other than that everything else went smoothly

It wasn't in a good location partially hidden. It seems be a motel not a hotel. Could have been more cleaner. There so called breakfast wasn't! All they had was cereal and it wasn't even filled the morning we came down to eat so we ended up eating elsewhere.

One of the rooms was not clean and had a fly problem. Linens were stained and did not look clean. Door lock was in disrepair. No breakfast or coffee in lobby as advertised. Was ok for one night but would not go back as the property needs repairs and deep clean.

There's a cockroach in the bathroom as soon as we arrived. The Wi-Fi signal was hit and miss best and the building blocked cell phone service. They were guaranteed to have coffee and breakfast but neither were available. Apparently it is only the upstairs rooms that have coffee makers available per room and the downstairs rooms do not.

The pictures on the Expedia website are a misrepresentation of this hotel. The lobby is not the same lobby. The rooms stink, the door locks do not work properly, there was white powder on the desk in the second room the gave me. All the doors around the knob and where every puts their hands was absolutely filthy. I called a relative to come and get me. I did not end up staying there. I felt unsafe. Would love to get a refund.

Dirty. Holes in the sheets. But holes in the furniture. Refrigerator didn’t work. Bathroom was nasty. No breakfast. Front desk said we put out coffe and fresh fruit by law it’s all we have to do. There was no fruit or coffee. Office was closed in the morning. Just a bad place. You get what you pay for which isn’t much

Nothing like advertised

You definitely get what you pay for. The pictures on the site are nothing like what the lodge actually looks like. They are going through construction and have them staying here. They did not have any cots or fold a beds that we could use like it said they did. They did not have a free continental breakfast. They said that legally they only have to put out coffee or tea. Their manager is not even in this country. I tried to get a refund and they stated that their manager is out of the country and there was no one there to handle this type of situation.
