Very nice staff. The room was clean and decorated fun. There were some items that needed to be wiped down by myself such as the drawers and cabinets but overall clean. Great view.

Excellent location; convenient parking; bright beautiful interior; spacious rooms. Dinner and drinks were excellent and staff is very personable and knowledgeable. Hallways smelled musty and walls between rooms are thin.

The hotel had very unique characteristics that were very interesting as they relate to the history of campus and Cincinnati. We loved the little details and how different the rooms were. The rooms were comfortable as well. We wish that the coffee bar was opened longer.

Anytime I’m in Cincinnati visiting my son at college I stay here. The staff is so accommodating like the best I’ve ever seen. They have secure parking in a garage that you can park your car even before your room is ready and if they have availability, late checkout of noon. which is really nice.

Such a fun and unique style to this amazing hotel. Every detail was social media gold. More importantly the suite was huge, very clean. The balcony was the only reason we stayed here because they are incredibly difficult to find, but were blown away by the decor. It is also extremely quiet with incredible views of the college area buildings and homes. In addition, parking is connected to the hotel. There is a great little bar downstairs with a friendly, talented bartender. We like that there are healthy snack choices available. The only real let down, was that Poindexter never seemed to be open. I guess we just missed them. Overall you will not regret staying here.
