Motel 6 is a great option for less money. For only 66 bucks per night, the place offers friendly and helpful staff, quiet and clean rooms with air conditioner, microwaive and a fridge. The front desk called my room after I checked in, to make sure everything was okay.

I believe the property is used for residential low income individuals for a place to stay, which is great but our room smelt terrible. There were no amenities no screens on the windows and homeless people sleeping in the parking lot. The staff was very nice

Upon arrival, none of the outdoor lights were working and I was dissatisfied bc I arrived at night. I did mention it to the front desk. However, my room was spotless, water is hot. The next day, all the outdoor lights were back on, which afforded the 4 stars. Amenities are few, though I knew this up front.

You get what you pay for. The hotel is old and dirty. If you can get pass the nasty dirty carpet and the hallway nasty smell the room was ok. The room was clean and no smell. Towels were clean. Staff was nice and helpful.
