Not what you’d expect from Marriott. Staff was great, but hallways were dirty, rooms were dated and worn with some mystery stains; and the exterior door at the stairwell had no lock mechanism and a paper towel shoved in the hole where the lock used to be meaning the building is very unsecure. Anyone could enter the building at any time.
Unsafe exterior door.

The workers were nice. But check in was 3 and we got there at about 3:50 and room wasn't done and we ended up sitting and waiting for well over 30 minutes for our room after being told about 15 minutes. Now if they were short staffed, just tell us. I work in healthcare I know what it is like and I would have understood totally. The side door to get into hotel on the by our room didn't have a lock on it, so anyone could have walked in and we had no body wash and the tub dripped the entire stay. Breakfast was good

Horrible !

actually never stayed after calling at 10:00 am the mornung of my 1st night of 4 to ask for early check in I was told not till 3. I arrived at 2:40 and was promptly greeted with would you like to check in asked for ID and then person said oh one moment. a different person came out and said sorry your room had a pipe break and we are unable to accommodate you but the fairfield inn will have a room for you.I said they do not have full kitchen rooms i made this reservation a month ago that is not acceptable response was sorry can't help you and they walked away! terrible customer service and attitude. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Minor issues didn’t spoil the stay

Was given a key card at check-in when I went to enter the room they had replaced a card reader with a touchpad. Had to return to the desk twice to get the right combination. There’was an over-the-range microwave left on a luggage cart by the elevator for two days. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and welcoming. Great location. Definitely would stay here again.

Could have bene better

The main room air conditioner was broke and the window air conditioner that was in the window blew directly on the bed when you where sleeping instead of cooling the room. The bed has divits from being used too long. Hard to sleep when you are half your body is in a divit. The outer doors are not secure. They have key scanners but the locks have been removed from the doors. Anyone can walk into the hotel with out being screened.

The room was not ready at check in. We waited about 45 minutes and then had to change in the bathroom as we had reservations somewhere. The front desk person was very apologetic and super nice. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. It looks like they hadn't swept the hallways in a very long time. It was convenient to where we were visiting but I'm not sure I'd stay there again.

We loved our stay, especially the staff! Lola, Sharlene, Emma & all the others were great. I feel like I’ve known Lola forever! She was so kind and helpful! The food was great & our room was good. 1 problem: Our TV didn’t work Friday night or Saturday morning. We’re big sport’s fans, that was draft night & basketball play offs. Not good! My mistake but staff was professional.

This place should not be overlooked. We realized at check in that I had lost my license and there was no way to check in without it. The guy at the front desk was empathetic and understanding but also was doing his job. We had to go home (90 minutes) in a snow storm to get my passport so we could come back and check in. It was important to spend the weekend with our daughter. Everything about the hotel was perfect for family time.
