「I had a couple of issues, one was the bathroom. There was black gunk and hair in the corners and behind the toilet as the floor had not been cleaned sufficiently in weeks or months. 「I stayed at this hotel after Expedia helped me find a replacement location when there were issues with my original reservation. Unfortunately, my experience from check-in to check-out was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the hotel, I immediately noticed an unpleasant odor throughout the building. At check-in, I waited approximately 15 minutes while the two employees at the front desk carried on a conversation with each other. They only stopped when the phone rang, and one of them finally...

The room was clean and honestly extremely comfortable beds, amenities were great, and the Bistro was a great touch to the hotel. 「I arrived at midnight. Theres no elevator and I was on the third floor. The characters in the lobby were sketchy. When I entered my room the entry light did not work, the pillow cases were stained and the bathroom tub was so nasty i stood on a towel to shower. Had It not been midnight I would have left. I only stayed one night and checked out the next morning despite having two nights booked. The room looked nothing like the picture… It was terrible!」

ONLY negative thing I have to say is the TV guide - impossible to use, they offer lots of channels but good luck on actually finding something to watch via the guide - ended up endlessly scrolling channel by channel to see what was on.」
