「Bed was super high off the floor and hard to climb into. Strange fume smell came into room through the air conditioner. Air con blew directly on the bed.」

「I stayed at this hotel after Expedia helped me find a replacement location when there were issues with my original reservation. Unfortunately, my experience from check-in to check-out was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the hotel, I immediately noticed an unpleasant odor throughout the building. At check-in, I waited approximately 15 minutes while the two employees at the front desk carried on a conversation with each other. They only stopped when the phone rang, and one of them finally...

「We stay there at the end of our trip to Maine. Was going to see the football Hall of Fame it was very close to it. Out of all the hotels that we stayed at on our trip this one was the very best and cleanest. During in the middle of renovating all the rooms. A very excellent choice for the price that you pay for night. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good too.」

ONLY negative thing I have to say is the TV guide - impossible to use, they offer lots of channels but good luck on actually finding something to watch via the guide - ended up endlessly scrolling channel by channel to see what was on.」
