"WOW This hotel was amazing. I will be staying here more often. Amazing staff noticed immediantly at check-in. I dropped my credit card during arrival (I have no idea how). The front desk attendant went out for a smoke, found it, and when we were leaving to retrace our steps, he stopped us, asked for my name and once verified, returned to me.It only gets better - Great breakfast. I use a rollator and the attendation offered to carry my plate to the table. Amazingly, front desk lady remembered me and my brother by name. Also great and clean hot tub and pool. There is so much to love about this hotel. "

"Our son plays football for the University of Mount Union so we come up from Florida at least 3 or 4 times a year. This is our go to hotel and we have yet to be disappointed. I need to sign up for rewards though to save some money. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. "
