If I stay anywhere else is because aloft is not available or because there has been a substantial spike in the room rates but otherwise it’s the first stop on my search. I have never been disappointed in an aloft stay. I appreciate the fact that even if you do not request maid service during a lengthy day, the maid still put a note under your door letting you know what their name is and they’re available if you need anything. A lot always top-tier."

"My biggest issue was the breakfast, They ran out of bacon, waffle mixed, boiled eggs and there omelet station was down. When I notify the staff and some of the issues, she was very rude.. Front desk receptionist had excellent customer service.."
