「It’s just that there’s no one at the front desk. It’s very inconvenient when we need some help and there’s no employee at the front desk to help. The room was okay but windows couldn’t open and it’s poor ventilation. But very quiet and safe. Coffee machine very not clean and bathroom are very small.」

「Great staff...GM and entire team were committed to customer service and support. Resourceful and fun. Beach location is a huge plus, new owner is installing upgrades to improve the customer experience. Good parking. Rooms are showing their age and signs of nostalgia, but simple, clean and cozy. I like the wall heaters!」

「Loved the peaceful atmosphere. Loved the old style and charming set up. Loved the friendly staff. Loved the private pool setting. Especially loved the mature landscape with intimate up-lights focused on bushes and palm trees at night…it was like sitting in paradise, no loud noises, just peaceful and beautiful. Loved the daily breakfast set up…simple and effective for the start of the day. Loved all the little touches like flower bouquets on dining table and a full glass carafe of water infused...

「The location of this hotel is more than excellent- and for its age is maintained well! With a breakfast and a happy hour and and a pool and hot tub - awesome! Parking is always an issue in this area of key west (30 dollars for overnight at the hotel and 37 for overnight in city lot parking practically next door if needed.) Pricy but somehow seems reasonable. Just being here makes it worth it for me.」

「Overall, our stay was wonderful! Parking was easy, room was a perfect size, easy to access.. and everything we went to was so close-by! Our bathroom door unfortunately required us bodycheck the door in order for it to close, but could have been worse! Lovely hotel, and lovely staff!」
