"The rooms were unusually large, and I suggest they advertise that. Its a nice feature. The room has quality furnishings, bedding, better-than-most shower, etc. The hotel is a close distance to the Tulane University. The only drawback, is that the balcony that is advertised--at least on our second floor room--was not worth mentioning and was unfurnished. "

"The hotel appears new and pretty well maintained. Our room bathtub was not clean to my preferences but I always pack with my own cleaning supplies. Our server at breakfast, Cici, was very kind and helpful. My one major complaint I have was the hotel not having quarters available for the washer and dryer that is on property. If the machines are on site, we should be able to get quarters. "

"Nice large room. Toilet did have issues flushing my whole stay. I physically had to remove the lid and fix the flusher unit a few times. Other than that. Good budget, close to freeway and bars "
