「We had a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness and quiet atmosphere. There were plenty of assigned covered parking and that added extra comfort. The roof top was a great place to relax. I would highly recommend Latitude if you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.」

「Great kitchen with all appliances but also staples like flour and other supplies for use in cooking/baking. I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint.」

「The room was clean, but the overall living space was not what I expected. The other rooms in the house were occupied upon my arrival. The shared spaces i.e. the kitchen and bathroom need to be updated. The house is an older style home, bathroom doors didn’t lock. Water took long to heat after multiple people used the shower. I had a reservation for three days…I didn’t stay one, I got a hotel room. 」

「The room was freezing. The house part was being heated by the gas range being on both the oven and two top burners. Which I think is pretty illegal. Once I turned those off, I smelled gas so someone had to come out and check that the unit wasn't leaking. The instructions say that the house had heat all you had to do is turn it on that ended up not being true. I had to get a radiator from an empty room to use in my room and I had to leave for a few hours while the room warmed up. It was that...
