「nice」

「The picture was looking good but actual was not. Inside the Hotel was smelling awful and the room as well. They didn’t make my room at all. Went down the receptionist and she said the person who cleans the room was not showing up to work. Asked for the towels and they said you have to bring down the old towel in order get the new ones. It was terrible how the hotel ran the business as far as managing their staff. Not recommended for other to stay here unless have no other choices.」

「The Hotel had a fun and uplifting atmosphere all thoughout . There was a very friendly staff , beautiful pool and outdoor area and delicious breakfast and Bar area. I felt my toilet and my friend's toilet were too close to the floor. It hurt my knees to get up. I would have to pull myself up off the tub.」

「Not enough parking not enough carts accessibility to roll cart to car when you can't park in front of hotel because there no ramp its hard to lift a heavy cart. poor water pressure low toilet bowl was horrible Icould not bend legs to set on toilet its so low. its for a kid the bed was squeaky and the rooms lighting is horrible the room is so dark the room felt dirty it smelled like a dog on the sofa the ottoman was sticky not to mention lousy TV channels we check out spent our 3rd night at...

「Comfortable to stay」

「This looked nothing like the picture's AC didn’t work. Bathroom door knob was broken mold in the shower. Blankets had burn holes and black stains and blankets had rips. Main door had gaps that you could see outside through them. We had cots with us so we slept on them and not the beds. Wasn’t able to find another place to stay so late. It was HORRIBLE!」

「The property it self was clean. Our room was clean except the floors. After I got out of the shower I walked around in the room for about a hour before bed and my feet was black from the floor. My husband seen the bottom of my feet as I was getting into bed and said something, so I had to go wash my feet before getting into the bed. The floor also had a couple of soft spots. Other than them two things every thing else was good.」

「The place was AMAZING!!! The staff were very friendly and nice. They catered so much to us and they didn’t have to. Our kids loved it there. We will definitely be going back. The breakfast was great every morning.」

「the elevators were broken, we had to carry all our (heavy) suitcases up 4 flights of stairs for 6 people. It was super hot in the hallways, no AC, the room room was cool at least. I wish we knew it was going under renovations or we would have stayed elsewhere」
