"The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They provided a ton of helpful information when I arrived, and there were some perks that came with staying (Uber credit, discounts on tours, etc). My room was upgraded, which was a nice surprise. It was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the fruit infused water they put out every day in the lobby area. The location was perfect. It was super close to the conference we were attending and within walking distance of the French Quarter and other beautiful areas."

"Absolutely best staff. Miss V, Heaven, and Toi were the best. Always a happy group that made you feel at home when on the property. So nice to see a company allow your staff to interact with customers who made you feel welcome. The courtyard was so nice to come back after a long day of conferences and chill. Rooms were amazing, well kept up and quiet Breakfast was plentiful and so many choices if you left hungry that was your own fault. We could not stop bragging about what we all had compared to others at the conference. You made us 4 from Wisconsin fans of your hotel and the city. Thank you for a great expierence your advice on local, out of the ordinary places to visit and your awesome hospitality. If we ever come back to your area we know where we will be staying."
