"I’ve stayed in the hotel numerous times in the past but have never stayed in the Lafayette building. I was unaware of the stairs, uneven flooring, etc and my guest that joined me uses a cane and I was worried about the challenge of navigating that corridor. It was ok, but maybe ask if there’s ANY mobility issues before assigning something in that part of the hotel. I know the buildings are old and prone to leaks, but a lot of equipment was in the middle of the floor on the landing from 3rd floor elevator where they were possibly repairing a huge water leak there."

"Our stay at the Drury Inn in New Orleans was great. From check-in to check out, the service was excellent. Jaime checked us in and she set the tone for wonderful customer service. She got us into our suite early. She informed us of all of the hotel’s amenities and let us know all of the tours available to be booked at the hotel. She was a 5 out of 5. 😊 The Kickback event offered each night was a game changer. Offered from 5:30 - 7:00 it was the perfect time for drinks and a light dinner. I can’t forget breakfast, which was served daily. It was plentiful and the pancakes were extra yummy. Room service was also good. We highly recommend the Drury Inn if you are looking for a hotel in N.O."

"There was nothing to dislike! Everyone from the front desk, bar staff, restaurant staff, security, door greeter, was absolutely amazing! Smiles and hospitality like nothing I have ever experienced. And the FOOD! The breakfast menu had everything one could wish for and the buffet on Saturday was beautifully presented and had every breakfast item you could imagine. And because the awesome bar attendees told me the restaurant’s beignets were better than Cafe Dumond, I had them on the morning we left. Kiki and Hanna were right!! Hats off to the chef. I already want to go back to the Loews Hotel!"

"I loved this hotel . Beautifully kept and walkable to canal. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I was there for essence so it was very busy and only one elevator was working . That was the only small thing but it didn’t affect us . I will be staying here every year for essence ."
