"Great room and great atmosphere and great walking distance"

"Breakfast had plenty of options and the 24 hour coffee bar was nice. The staff were very friendly also. But if you drive there you have no choice but to valet park and when they run out of spots they will take your vehicle to unknown off property area and leave it. Also if you stay in suit 201 just know you’ll fight the breaker the whole time to use the whirlpool tub… got a whole maintenance lesson while on vacation. There were no towels at all in our room upon check in so come time for a shower we had to go down and make a request for some. Room was very spacious though. Didn’t go to the pool but it was rather small and only 5ft deep in the deepest part."

"I can’t wait to come back to New Orleans but most of all this amazing Hotel. Safe area , beautiful architecture, and an amazing staff that made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Mignon at the front desk went above and beyond to not only take care of our stay at the hotel but to make sure we enjoyed our stay in New Orleans overall. Mignon is a true Gem and top tier!! We will be staying here ever in the future!!"

"Whitney was truly amazing when we arrived! She was an absolute pleasure to work with and a true professional. She made our check-in process completely flawless and effortless from start to finish. She was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and felt comfortable right away. It’s not often that you come across someone who genuinely takes pride in making sure guests have a great experience, but Whitney definitely did that for us. Her professionalism and positive attitude made a great first impression and really set the tone for our stay. We truly appreciate everything she did and we will definitely be back to the Barnett! Whitney is definitely an asset to the team!"
