10/10 Excellent

"Check-in was great! Jamie is the friendliest person we’ve ever met at a hotel desk. Other staff were friendly too. Room was very nice and clean. Water pressure great in shower and no shortage of hot water. The kickback from 5:30-7 is an unheard of amenity, with free drinks and a buffet meal. They call it a “light dinner” but it was plenty for us. Chicken fajitas with beans and corn served buffet style. Cheese nachos and hot dogs, so kids should be happy with it too. Can’t say what they have every night but probably always a good variety. The breakfast was outstanding, with so much to choose from! Staying at Drury Plaza was a great experience all around!"

"Hotel was cleaned and to our surprise it had a small kitchen and regular kitchen size refrigerator. The bed and pillows were okay as far as comfort. We did not want to pay for valet, so we did street parking during the day and paid $30 for 24hrs in the lot down the street."

"The hotel' location was convenient-- close to several good restaurants, yet away from the busy French Quarter. The valet parking was convenient as well and safe (I ha a bad experience in this neighborhood parking a rental car on the street several years ago.) The bed was very comfortable and for once, I didn't play Goldilocks trying to find a pillow that was just right. The hotel sent texts every day to check on my satisfaction and I appreciated that."

"The only thing was something other folks have mentioned—the noise. Frankly it was the music from the hotel itself, and maybe since my room was directly over the lobby? The music at the entrance never stopped and kept me awake all night. Other than that, beautiful place and gorgeous aesthetic."
