"When we arrived, our first room wasn’t the cleanest, so we moved to another room that was a bit smaller. Also, there were issues with valet parking, so we parked elsewhere but paid the same price we would have for valet parking. Since we were there for Essence, the hotel was super convenient in location- a walk from the convention center and a few mins from the Superdome. In addition, the hotel food was 10/10! Altogether, we were pleased even with the few hiccups we experienced."
