「The decoration next to the hotel room I stayed in this time was too noisy, everything else was good」

「Loved this hotel! Such an iconic place to stay in New Orleans especially with all the history it has. Room service was impeccable and they replaced the toiletries and cleaned the carpet every day. Staff was also incredibly kind and the location is unbeatable. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star rating is because the hotel room was outdated but I supposed someone else could see it as charming!」

「I absolutely loved the location and the hotel! It’s definitely one of the nicer hotels if you’re looking for cleanliness, as it’s just a short walk to Canal Street and the French Quarter (if you’re up for some walking). The hotel is always hosting events, so it’s lively during respectable hours. And the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating!」

「The towels was crunchy , it does give a Motel 6 vibe but like maybe motel 7 instead lol ,we came fora concert and to explore so it was a good place to sleep but the shower drainage was slow so it the water did start to rise as we were showering but the cookies were good and the rooms ac worked and is close to airport with a free shuttle every 30 mins so that’s a plus but to go to bourbon street / the city is about 20 mins if your Planing on using uber.」
