Rooms were a little small. Beds were not super comfortable. Bathroom is small. Nothing in the lobby is open, the bar and restaurant area is completely shutdown. Parking was convenient. Location is good.

Location was great in the Garden District area. Away from hustle and bustle of French Quarter. Easy walking to restaurants around the area as well as Magazine Street. If you want to explore and view the historic homes in this area this is a great place to stay and see these. Rooms are nicely renovated and comfortable. Will plan to stay here again when I am back in NOLA

Room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Since I am a reader, I would have appreciated better lighting at the opposite end of the couch, maybe by the chair. There were two of us wanting to read in the evenings, and the one lamp at the end of the couch did not provide enough light for sitting either on the chair or the couch. And I love the antique telephone. That was a nice decorator touch.

This place was really cool, convenient and with parking included. It was near enough good places that I could walk to and take the street car to. I would have liked if there was a fitness center on sight and if there was microwaves in the rooms.

I arrived very early and they moved my room assignment around to get me in early. I appreciated that little bit of effort so much. I was exhausted and they made sure I was taken care of. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping staff were extremely helpful and respectful. I love that the hotel is right at a stop dor the #12 streetcar line. That made navigating out to either the French Quarter or Carrollton extremely easy.

The hotel is in a great location, it’s an older hotel but it’s very clean, decorated well and the beds were comfortable. Mentioning that is an older hotel, means you can hear any outdoor noise or the rooms next to you, however they have a sound machine that helps with that. The parking is a plus, specially in New Orleans, we were able to come and go, our car stayed safe in the parking garage We truly enjoyed our stay, no issues and the staff was friendly and helpful.
