Perfect getaway

My husband and I had a weekend getaway to New Orleans. This place was the perfect spot. It was clean, beautiful, comfy, spacious, and a great location

No broom, no toaster, no cutting board, no iron. Phone calls to get towels, toilet paper. Kitchen area grubby. Had to clean area.Unable to sweep floor. Only one hook in bathroom. No wardrobe in main room. Had to drape everything. Location was excellent though.

This apartment was extremely nice. The only issue that wasn’t really a big issue was the leak in one bedroom where the ceiling was coming down. Outside of that the floor plan, rooms and beds , bathroom and kitchen and living space were beautiful and comfortable. I wish they had more pots and pans because that is a kitchen that made me want to cook!

5 STAR ROAMI AT ST. CHARLES

It was so easy to check in and out,communication was perfect. The location was perffect, right on St. Charles, literally walked out the front door and the streetcar was there. Had a great kitchen for cooking, although I did not, being in New Orleans. The space itself was so much more than I even expected, and super comfortable bed. Beautiful bathroom with huge tub. Would definitely stay there again!

An oasis in the city. Check in was a nightmare.

Unfortunately we had issues when we arrived at property as we had not received our codes for entry into property or codes to our unit. It was very stressful as we needed to borrow a phone to contact property (our phone was Australia with data only). Thankful for the gentleman who lent us his phone. Once we contact property manager he gave us the required codes promptly and we could access property and unit. Very stressful situation. Once inside unit it was a very pleasant moment the unit was very welcoming, clean and well maintained. We did enjoy our 2 night stay.

It’s an amazing location! Walkable to many places. I also liked how quiet it was. A couple of things I would like to point out is there are no windows in the bedrooms (I stayed in the 2 bedroom) and also no full length mirror anywhere in the place. I reached out to the point of contact person given in the check in instructions, Hector, and despite me being there for 5 days, I’ve yet to hear back from him. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here maybe in a different room that has windows in the room

Pros - Walking distance to canal. Spacious rooms, living area and Bathroom. Kitchen is modern and up to date. Nice enclosed patio. Cons - Bed and Walls could have been cleaned. Stains on bed holspostery and walls. Soap dispenser was broken in bathroom. It just needed to be maintained.

Solo stay

Came for Mardi Gras for those holiday bookings it would be nice to know as a customer that it is directly on the parade route so that it affects uber and lyft service. It was clean. You could hear the people above you. Please update the check out instructions about locking the place up. Its a small concern but it makes a difference when you are trying to meet the deadline

We loved everything about this apartment, except the dishes…there weren’t any!! This was a beautiful apartment and had a beautiful built-in wine fridge, but there are no dishes or wine glasses. 2 tiny little coffee cups and a water glass. We had to make sure we had plastic ware when we ordered in because there is no silverware either. The terrace is nice and big with a tiny little metal table and chairs. It would have been nice to have a lounge chair, as I was there for surgery and the weather was beautiful but wasn’t able to enjoy the terrace. Everything else about this apartment is perfect, from the quiet entryway, the self-service ala carte in front of the elevator and how lovely the apartment was. It was in the perfect location and across from Daisy Dukes which we enjoyed a lot! Close to everything, but yet nice and quiet. The trolley runs right in front of the apartment and has a stop right there. (the apartment management did not know this) Highly recommend, except for the lack of dishes. 😊

Property was great the check in process was not

We had a lot of trouble trying to check in. The email that was sent to us with the instructions on how to check in had a link that would not work. The phone number that was listed was not manned and we spent nearly an hour on hold. We spent over an hour with hotels.com virtual agent before my wife finally got through to a person. After an hour of sitting in our car on the street, being on two phones and typing to a totally useless hotels.com virtual agent, we got an email that had a link that worked so we were able to get into the building and the apartment. Once we got in everything was as advertised and very good. Word of advice make sure the link provided in the email with instructions works before you get to the property.
