First, they were unable to make a key card at the time of check-in. So could not leave the room without being locked out until 8:00pm when key card became available. Second, ZERO amenities, no coffee, no water, nothing. Hotel halls were very dark, and difficult to locate room or elevators. I will not stay there again.

The staff were all very friendly and courteous, and the room was clean and extremely comfortable. The only improvements or changes I would suggest are just personal notes: 1. Fix your WiFi- it's very slow 2. Put some diet drinks in the vending machines Overall, our stay at The Marriott was fantastic and will definitely stay there again on our next trip to New Orleans.

Check in was finez The room was nice and cool when we got in it. However, the mattress left a lot to be desired with a giant dip in one side which is surprising considering how firm it was. The pillows were lumpy, but I don't expect a hotel pillows to ever be comfortable lol. Overall, I think the room was a little highly priced for what was offered. The hotel itself is nice, The room was clean and smelled clean as well. Overall, not the worst experience I've ever had for sure, but just not what I was expecting I guess.

I waited while the staff at the front desk changed our room to the lake Side since we had never stayed there before. Then she actually switched us to inland. Room service came in Styrofoam with plastic silverware. I called the manager who never returned my call after I spoke to him directly. It was disappointing.
