「When we first arrived, we were told that we already checked in hours before our reservations was made. First, there was no record of our reservation… then after looking it up by number they said we were already checked into a room at 1:30pm… we didn’t even book the room until 7pm. Computer issue, maybe? We get a room on the first floor, but it was literally crawling with bugs … we kill three roaches before putting down our bags. Large spiders were in the window. We left them there hoping...

「The front desk staff were amazing. The room itself is dated, the bathroom sink clogged every time you use it. There was hair at the bottom or the toilet. Also I believe people live in the hotel as the tenants had a bbq one night. If you need a quick place to stay it will do but nothing more than 1 night.」

「Great 5 day stay for a 50th birthday celebration in a great city. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, clean, etc. No complaints. We loved the Chandelier bar and all of the restaurants and room service were excellent. The location is great, close to everything. The staff was friendly and professional, always going the extra mile. We look forward to returning to this property.」
