「Beautiful property!」

「Beautiful property. Very central location. Lovely, romantic courtyard. We did not have a top sheet on our bed during our stay, thought I asked for one, only a duvet. But it was too warm to use a blanket or sheet anyway! Hospitable staff.」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「This is a small and unique property, with a very welcoming staff. It is a "throw back" to the times when hotels were a special place and not a chain commodity. The rooms were large and well appointed. The hotel is close to the Vieux Carre, but far enough away from the madness of Bourbon Street. Our room had the best hotel shower ever - which says a lot about the quality of the property in general. I would not hesitiate to stay there again.」

「I had an excellent stay at the Residence Inn in New Orleans and would definitely stay here again. The hotel was exceptionally clean from top to bottom, and our room felt more like a mini studio apartment than a standard hotel room. It was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. 「The hotel was clean and easy to navigate. We liked the option of having 2 separate bedrooms since we were traveling with my MIL. Location is okay, but not ideal for what we were wanting to do. Overall, the stay was nice and we would stay there again in the future.」
