「When it comes to Boutique Hotels, I'm a little tongue-in-cheek, but the Virgin hotel in Nola hit the mark. Latrell, at front desk was genuinely lovely, very welcoming and professional. The rooms were as pictured Rooftop had lovely views. Swimming pool was a tad small but cute. Eating in the hotel was reasonable, price-wise. My room had a beautiful view. The location was perfect! Away from the madness of bourbon st, but within walking distance. Altogether, a lovely experience 」

「Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」

「I wish I could give more than 5 stars based on amenities and customer service alone. We stayed in the iberville tower. The room was a bit small, but it literally did not matter. This was my 8th trip here, as the city calls me back often and I like to try to stay somewhere different each time. It will be difficult for me to find any reason...
