「Great hotel」

「Great, nice, clean, peaceful, quiet, friendly and respectful place. Staff went above and beyond to please guests. Rooms so clean and fresh smell. Breakfast was a plus. Nice area, close to lots of restaurants, nearby to other popular destinations, near highways and major routes. Near national park, 40 minute drive to French Quarters. A unique place at a unique location.」

「Upon check-in, we were told there were no more room keys to give out and in order to get into hotel room, the front desk staff had to let us in the room. We stayed 2 nights, housekeeping never came to room and give new towels. The legs on vanity in bathroom were rotten and barely holding up. A roach crawled out from under the bed. The fire alarm gave off a huge sound 4 times in the middle of the night, but only our room, no actual emergency. One person in our party had a room with confirmation...
