「The lady who checked us in took the time to show us some of the handicapped equipped rooms to make sure that they had what we needed. This helped us pick the right one. This is an excellent example of courtesy and seeking the customer's satisfaction with the hotel.」

「The interior of the property is being remodeled from the upper floors down. The staff was very accommodating as I requested a quieter room and they put me in a remodeled suite on the 4th floor. The entire 4th floor looks totally different from the other floors with new carpet and new painted walls. My suite was breathtaking…..so clean and modern and comfortable bed. I had a little noise at night from the strip mall below but it wasn’t bad. Once the remodel is over this will be a great place...

「Ann at front desk was great.. moved rooms to get all close together.. very friendly and efficient.. night auditor Kim was also wonderful.. helped with restaurant choices in New Orleans and some extras we needed...lady at breakfast Sunday want way above normal to be sure that everything was hot and stocked...property was good, but the staff made it great... 「Its really nice . The bed is king size so very comfortable. But location is not good . Just nice for the long distance drive people to take the hotel.」

「Everything about this hotel was very, very good...Except...the closet curtain in all the rooms utilized a significant sized panel of a putrid green color that aesthetically made no sense with the primary colors of the room, and there was no other similar color in the rooms to warrant this application. Time to get another interior designer. Still, I would come here again because everything else was so good」
